President Tinubu Congratulates Governor Abba on Joining APC
The meeting between the President and the Governor of Kano State has concluded.
President Bola Ahmad Tinubu has congratulated Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on joining the APC party.
The outcome of the meeting between President Tinubu and Governor is not yet available, but it was clear that this was what caused the delayed response from the Governor over his depecttion rumour.
This may bring to an end the long period of anticipation over the governor’s return to the APC, following widespread rumors and speculation surrounding the issue.
It is believed that relations began to sour between Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and his political mentor, former governor Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, since the beginning of last year.
