The international finance community gathered at Oxford University on Thursday 23 January, 2025, to celebrate the launch of “All Hands on Deck: Unleashing Prosperity Through World-Class Capital Markets,” the latest book by renowned development finance expert Arunma Oteh.
Speaking at the event, the Group Chairman of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), Dr Umaru Kwairanga, commended Oteh for her remarkable contributions to global finance and praised the book as a vital resource for policymakers, professionals, and the public.
Dr. Kwairanga underscored the importance of leaders sharing their knowledge to inspire younger generations and preserve valuable insights for posterity.

“While our financial systems are not yet as robust as those in developed economies, initiatives like financial literacy programmes and professional development are strengthening Nigeria’s markets. I believe Ms Oteh’s book will provide further insights to elevate our systems to global standards.” Dr. Kwairanga added.
