Gov Abba Kabir Yusuf condoles with the families of late Imam Galadanchi.
Kano State Governor Engr Abba Kabir Yusuf has described the death of an elder state man, late Alhaji Imam Galadanchi as colossal loss not only to his family but the entire people of the state and beyond.
Engr. Kabir Yusuf, added that the state would take long time mourning the death of the late Gentleman, as a wide vacuum which will be difficult to fill has been created.
In a statement issued by Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the Governor while praying for the repose of the soul of late Galadanchi, also prayed for the family to have the fortitude to bear with the irreparable loss.
A great Scholar, Gentle and Humble personality , late Galadanchi lived an examplary life worthy of emulation.
He was the father In-law of the Sultan of Sokoto,Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar and the Emir of Bichi, Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero.
Late Imam Galadanchi died last Friday at a London Based Hospital after a protracted illiness.
