The management of MOHDIBRA Traveling and Tours Ltd has raised the alarm over what it described as a case of impersonation and forgery involving two individuals identified as Adnan and Khalid, warning members of the public to be vigilant in their dealings.
In an official statement dated 16th February 2027, the company accused the duo, including one said to be based in Saudi Arabia, of falsely claiming ownership of the firm and using its name without authorisation.
The company clarified that Alhaji Muhammad Ibrahim remains the legitimate Chief Executive Officer of MOHDIBRA Traveling and Tours Ltd, with its registered office located at Suite 12/13b, Sanfa Plaza, Plot 2055 Ndola Crescent, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja. The management stressed that it has no affiliation whatsoever with the individuals mentioned or with any other person acting outside its authority.
Describing the alleged actions as criminal, the firm warned that it would pursue all necessary legal measures against anyone found culpable of impersonation, forgery or trademark infringement. It further cautioned the public to verify the authenticity of any transaction carried out in the company’s name, noting that it would not be liable for losses arising from dealings with unauthorised persons.
The statement also alleged that the individuals involved had been issuing threats from Saudi Arabia, an action the company said runs contrary to the laws of the Kingdom and Islamic principles. While expressing surprise at the development, the management reiterated its resolve to take decisive action should the impersonation persist.
Members of the public who may have fallen victim or who possess relevant information were advised to contact the company directly at its Abuja office for clarification and support.
