‘Security Has Improved Under President Tinubu’ ~ Senator Barau
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been commended for his commitment in improving security of the country by recruiting more security personnel from Nigeria Police, Federal fire service and EFCC.
Deputy President of the Senate Senator Barau I Jibrin made the commendation during a dinner he organized in honor of the newly recruited police officers, operatives of the fire service and EFCC from Kano North.
He said, the priority the President is giving to the security and well being of Nigerians is highly appreciative.
“We commend Mr President for giving that opportunity to you of being recruited, and I urge you to put your best and excel in your chosen carrier. I look forward to seeing some of you becoming IGP, Fire Service Controller and Chairman EFCC in the near future”. He added.
Earlier speaking, the Managing Director Northwest Development Commission Professor Abdullahi Ma’aji showed his appreciation for the good conduct demonstrated by the newly recruits and urge them to be good ambassadors not only for only kano North or kano State but rather the entire nation at large.
Over 300 Police officers, operatives of the Federal Fire Service and the EFCC from Kano North were recruited sponsored by the Deputy President of the Senate Senator Barau I Jibrin.
